Some say that Silicon Valley is a bastion of radical liberalism, others -- like Pauline Borsook -- see libertarians in every cubicle. To get an intelligent perspective on the political and cultural implications of the digital media revolution, I turned to Jonathan Last, online editor of Washington DC's Weekly Standard magazine and columnist for the Philadelphia Inquirer. I wasn't disappointed. Last provided me with a refreshingly un-Silicon Valley critique of the Web 2.0 movement.
