Tim O'Reilly

Portrait_tim_oreilly I first met Tim O'Reilly , CEO of O'Reilly Media, at one of his Foo camps in Sebastapol a couple of years ago. What struck me about him then was the unusual breadth of his intellect and his general decency. Here is a guy who is equally comfortable discussing hardcore Web 2.0 programming issues, classical poetry and ethics. In this conversation with O'Reilly, I tried to get to what makes Tim tick. He talked frankly about poetry, family and moral responsibility. This is a revealing introduction to one of the most influential players in the digital revolution.

great interview. This is the best interview i've ever heard from O'Reilly. He really opens up. I think he's a good guy -- in spite of some of the crap on the Web 2.0 show
